Shipping policy

Destination Southern Highlands believes getting your goodies quickly, beautifully and safely is the most important thing we can do once you’ve pressed that buy button. We make sure we ship everything as soon as we can (and that’s usually the same or next business day). 

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) our handling times may increase by a day or two as we try to get through everything. We’ll do our very best to get everything out the door as quickly as possible, but if you have any concerns or questions please contact our wonderful customer service team on (02) 4871 2888 and we’ll do everything we can to assist. 

Please note we deliver within Australia ONLY and DO NOT accept any International orders.  
 
STANDARD SHIPPING  
Our delivery fees are a flat rate of $9.15 including a $5.00 handling fee within Australia and may increase depending on the package size. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING  
If you would like your order quicker, we offer Australia Post Express Post from $12.15 including a $5.00 handling fee. We will ship your order within one business day and your order will be received within 1 to 2 days depending on any delivery delays Australia Post may experience eg. COVID-19.  

DELIVERY 
Orders will be shipped from Australia Post on weekdays usually within 48 hours after receiving your order. Our centre and logistics partner have implemented a number of additional, proactive health and safety measures to ensure they protect customer orders and their staff. 
 
If you aren’t available to receive your order, the carrier will leave a notification for you. Please get in contact with the carrier as stated on their notification within the suggested time frame to avoid your order being returned to our centre.
